💳 Payment Process

We offer flexible payment options depending on the type of tour:

  • Shore Excursions (Ephesus & Istanbul):

    • No upfront payment required
    • You can pay in cash at the end of your tour
    • We highly recommend bringing cash, as card payment may not always be available on-site

  • Travel Packages (Including Flights & Hotels):

    • A deposit payment is required at the time of booking to secure your flight and hotel reservations (usually 30% of the total amount). 
    • The remaining balance is due 10 days before your arrival.

On the day of your tour, your private guide and driver will meet you at the designated location. You’ll explore each site at your own pace, with plenty of time for photos, shopping, food, or simply soaking up the atmosphere. Our team is dedicated to making your time in Turkey smooth, memorable, and stress-free.

Booking Tips:

  • Book early, especially during peak travel seasons, to secure the best accommodations and rates.
  • Inform us in advance about dietary needs, mobility issues, or special requests. Please be sure to provide accurate information when making your booking.
  • Want to swap sightseeing for golf, add a cooking class? Just let us know — our team can personalize your experience to match your interests.
  • Once your tour is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation with our emergency contact numbers. Please keep this accessible during your trip in case of any delays or changes.
  • Make sure your phone works in Turkey or have access to Wi-Fi. We’ll provide emergency contact numbers in case you need assistance during your tour. If you're using WhatsApp, that's often the easiest way to stay in touch with our team.
  • While rare, unexpected changes (like flight delays or cancellations) can happen. We recommend you have travel insurance that covers trip interruptions, health, and personal belongings.
